Asaduddin Owaisi Slams RSS Chief: AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi took a dig at a recent statement by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. MP Asaduddin Owaisi said during a program in America on Monday (June 12) that who are you to say that it is repeatedly said by the RSS that Muslims are safe only in India.
Owaisi said, ‘This is the constitution. We are safe if there is a constitution. He further said, ‘You call us invaders. If there are invaders then they are Aryans. If this country belongs to someone then it belongs to tribals and Dravidians. This has been confirmed by anthropologists. Bal Gangadhar Tilak himself said that we Brahmins had come from the Arctic.’
What did the RSS chief say?
A video has been shared on the Twitter handle of AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi. In this video, some parts of the statement of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat have been shown. In the video, Mohan Bhagwat says, ‘Islam invaded the whole world. Covered from Spain to Mongolia. Slowly over time the people there woke up, they defeated the invaders, and Islam shrunk in its sphere of activity.’
Mohan Bhagwat seems to be saying further, ‘Everyone changed everything. Now the foreigners have gone from here, but the worship of Islam goes on safely here. How many days, how many centuries, this symbiosis is going on.’
This country belongs to tribals and Dravidians – AIMIM Chief
Asaduddin Owaisi said in his speech, ‘Muslims were here. Just now the statement of the chief of RSS came that Islam which is where it is, has ended. But if it is safe somewhere then it is in India.’
He said, ‘Who are you to speak safe. This is the constitution. We are safe if there is a constitution. Then you call us invaders. If there are invaders then they are Aryans. If this country belongs to someone then it belongs to tribals and Dravidians. This has been confirmed by anthropologists. Bal Gangadhar Tilak himself said that we Brahmins had come from the Arctic.’
The invaders were Aryans – Owaisi
Owaisi further said, ‘You call us invaders. Everyone has become an invader. Now RSS and BJP say Aurangzeb is responsible, Akbar is responsible. Babur is responsible. Where are you going. If they are responsible then how am I responsible.’
AIMIM Chief said, ‘What is our relation with them. When the freedom struggle was being fought, all these were not talked about. But we will also celebrate the nectar festival of freedom and then speak about all these things.’
