Rozgar Mela 2023 Program: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute appointment letters to about 70,000 youth on Saturday (July 22) through video conference. The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said in a statement on Friday (July 21) that the Prime Minister will also address these youth on the occasion. 

This job fair will be organized at 44 places across the country. Along with the departments of the Central Government, these recruitments are being done in the State Governments and Union Territories. The PMO said that these youths selected from across the country will be appointed on various posts.

Youths will be appointed in these departments

PMO said in the statement that Prime Minister Modi will distribute appointment letters to the newly appointed people through video conferencing at 10:30 am. According to information given by the PMO, these youths will join the government in various ministries and departments including Department of Revenue, Department of Financial Services, Department of Posts, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Public Sector Undertakings, Department of Water Resources, Department of Personnel and Training and Ministry of Home Affairs.

Training will be imparted through ‘Karmayogi Pramadh’

It was said in the statement, ‘‘This employment fair is an effort towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s commitment to give topmost priority to employment generation. It is expected to generate more employment and provide meaningful opportunities for youth empowerment and play a motivating role for participation in national development.’’

It has been said that the employment fair will act as a catalyst in further employment generation. Newly appointed persons are given ‘Karmayogi initiation’ You will also get an opportunity to get training through this. Karmayogi Prambh is an online course for all the newly appointed persons in various government departments.
