For the time being, silence has been maintained from both the countries regarding the defense deals to be done during this period. Although it is believed that India and France can prepare a roadmap for defense deals. India will try to manufacture engines and other things in India with the help of French companies. In this, many types of new technology weapons can be purchased especially for the Indian Navy. China is also posing a threat to India on its maritime borders, in such a situation this deal with France can prove to be very important.

Meeting will be held in Defense Ministry
It has been told in the report that just before PM Modi’s visit, a meeting has been called by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. In this meeting to be held on July 13, the proposal to buy 26 Rafale-M fighter aircraft for the Indian Navy can be approved. That is why all eyes are on this meeting of the Defense Acquisition Council (DAC).

France’s Rafale-M fighter jets have been considered very accurate for surveillance and fighting at sea. It is being told that the aircraft are better and cheaper than the American fighter hornet. These aircraft can be deployed on the aircraft carrier INS Vikrant.
