Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Less than a year is left for the next general elections to be held in the country. In such a situation, all the parties have started their preparations. A round of meetings is going on in the BJP while the opposition parties are engaged in the process of forming a grand alliance. For which the opposition parties are going to gather again in Bengaluru on 17-18 July. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has taunted the opposition parties. 

Eknath Shinde on Saturday (July 15) claimed that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s victory is certain as the opposition has failed to decide its leader. Addressing the ‘Shasan Aaya Dari’ (Government at Your Door) program, he said that NCP leader Ajit Pawar joining the Shiv Sena-BJP government will speed up the functioning of the state government. 

Eknath Shinde’s jibe at opposition parties

The Chief Minister said that we have 200 MLAs and MPs in Maharashtra. There will be no discrimination. Injustice will not be done to anyone. He said that the opposition leader will be the next Lok Sabha elections they are trying to unite to defeat PM Modi, but they have not been able to choose a leader. Due to which the victory of Prime Minister Modi is certain. 

Ajit Pawar said this thing

Praising PM Modi, Eknath Shinde said that wherever the PM goes, he is praised. He had the opportunity to address the US Congress twice and was recently honored by France with its top honour. Ajit Pawar has also expressed confidence in the leadership of PM Modi. 

Uddhav Thackeray targeted

Eknath Shinde while praising Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis said that the BJP leader is his good friend and a big hearted person. Now they have accepted another Deputy Chief Minister. Still, some people termed him as a stigma whereas the truth is that he is a flawless leader. Uddhav Thackeray had recently targeted Devendra Fadnavis and termed him as the stigma of Nagpur. After which BJP leaders have strongly protested.
