Opposition Alliance: The 26 opposition parties of the country have agreed to the next Lok Sabha elections (Lok Sabha Elections 2024) has decided the name of its new alliance. In a meeting held in Bengaluru on Tuesday (July 18), it was decided that the name of the alliance of opposition parties would be India. Which means – Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance. After the meeting, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that everyone unanimously supported the proposal to name our alliance.
It has been learned from sources that the name India was suggested by TMC Chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. There was a lot of discussion in the meeting regarding the full form of this word. Kharge told that a coordination committee of 11 members will be formed in the opposition alliance and the names of its members will be announced in the next meeting to be held in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Rahul Gandhi told why this name was given
During this, Congress leader Rahul told why the alliance was named India. He said that this fight is not between the opposition and the BJP. The fight is against the ideology and thinking of the BJP. They are attacking the country. Unemployment is spreading. All the wealth of the country is going in the hands of a few people. The voice of the country is being crushed, this fight is for the country, hence the name Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) was chosen.

Rahul Gandhi said that the fight is between NDA and India. Everyone knows who wins when someone stands against India. Rahul Gandhi also wrote by tweeting that India will unite, India will win. West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said in the joint PC held after this meeting that our favorite is Rahul Gandhi. The lives of the people of the country are in danger. Government has only one job- selling government and buying government.
Who will be the Leader of the Opposition?
Mamta Banerjee said that there are 26 parties in our alliance. Can NDA challenge India? Can BJP challenge India? India has to be saved, the country has to be saved.
