Narendra Modi Yes, India will never forgive your silence. If there is even an iota of shame left in your government, then you should speak about Manipur in the Parliament. At the same time, without blaming others for its double failure both at the Center and in the State, the country should be told what happened. You have abdicated your constitutional responsibility.
