Manipur Violence Video: For the last two months, Manipur was in discussions regarding violence, but a day before on July 19, such an incident came to the fore which gave goosebumps to everyone. In which two women were stripped and paraded, the opposition is now preparing to attack the Modi government regarding this matter. All the opposition leaders have asked the government questions on this incident. There was a lot of uproar in the Rajya Sabha on this matter and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge demanded an immediate discussion.

During the proceedings of Rajya Sabha, Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge asked the Chairman to keep aside all other issues and discuss Manipur. On this, the Chairman said that we will take all the issues in order. During this, other MPs of the opposition also demanded an immediate discussion on the adjournment motion regarding Manipur. After which an uproar started in the entire house. Amidst this sloganeering, the Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned till two o’clock. 

Kharge said – Humanity has died in Manipur
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge took the initiative from the House to attack the government on Manipur violence on Twitter. He wrote on Twitter, "Humanity has died in Manipur. The Modi government and the BJP have converted democracy and the rule of law into mobocracy by destroying the delicate social fabric of the state. Narendra Modi Yes, India will never forgive your silence. If there is even an iota of shame left in your government, then you should speak about Manipur in the Parliament. At the same time, without blaming others for its double failure both at the Center and in the State, the country should be told what happened. You have abdicated your constitutional responsibility. We stand with the people of Manipur in this hour of crisis."
