Lok Sabha Election 2024: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) has launched a scathing attack on the BJP regarding the Lok Sabha elections. He said on Sunday (June 11), "The people of the country want change. The Center is ruling without any direction, which is a major hindrance for the development of the country." Regarding dynastic politics, he said, "Politics in the name of the founder of the party, grandfather and father should be stopped. We don’t want name and fame, we need workers."

KCR said, "It depends on the people of the country to bring to power such governments whose way of working is different." Appealing to the intellectuals to come together in line with the aspirations of the people, he said, "There is a need for the unity of the heart and mind." Welcoming the leaders from Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra who joined the Bharatiya Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on Sunday, CM KCR said, "They have joined us after being impressed by the party’s policies and development projects implemented in Telangana."

KCR targets Election Commission

The Chief Minister of Telangana also targeted the Election Commission and said, "ECI has failed to stop hate parties and wrongdoings during election campaign by making false promises." KCR said, "The Election Commission has failed to stop some parties from pursuing their ‘dangerous agenda’."

"Why no schemes like Telangana in Madhya Pradesh?"

"Will give 24 hours electricity to the people of the country"

He said, "If BRS comes to power, it will ensure 24 hours electricity to the people of the country in two years. BRS is not just a political party but a mission to change India." KCR said, "The reason behind the suicides of the farmers is the lack of attention of the Center towards this. Even after seven decades, the plight of tribals, Dalits and backward communities is still continuing in this country."
