When the hearing started in the court on Friday (July 20), Justice BR Gavai, the chairman of the bench, sought advice from both the parties for the hearing stating his personal problem regarding the case. Justice Gavai said, my father was close to the Congress. Bhai is still a Congress member. You decide whether I will hear or not.
