New Ashok Nagar Children Abused: A case of sexual abuse has come to light with two children aged 10 and 12 in Delhi’s New Ashok Nagar area. It is claimed that the accused also made a video of this heinous act with a mobile phone. The police have arrested three accused in this case while registering a case under other sections including the Poxo Act. All the three accused are minors.
Case of sexual abuse of children aged 10 and 12
According to the police, on June 12, a PCR call was received about a sexual assault on a teenager. The complainant told the police that on the night of June 10, his 12-year-old son had gone to Peer Baba Mazar with his 10-year-old friend to feed the dogs with biscuits. There they found 3 minors, who happen to be neighbors.
They forcibly took the boys to an isolated place in the park. The complainant stated that a boy sexually assaulted the two children, while two other minors continued to video the misdeed.
Police has registered a case under these sections
The police first got the counseling of both the victim children done and then sent them to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital for medical examination. The police registered a case under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 4 of the POCSO Act at the New Ashok Nagar police station regarding this matter. By registering a case, all the three minor accused have been arrested. He has been produced before the Juvenile Justice Board.
A week ago a minor girl was sexually assaulted
Let us tell you that recently (on June 5) a teenager had allegedly sexually assaulted a minor girl in New Ashok Nagar area. After which the police arrested the accused and sent him to a child reform home. According to the complaint filed with the police, the accused lived as a tenant in the victim’s house.
