Violence In Manipur: For the past one month, Manipur is burning with the fury of violence, Alam is that the local police, army, reserve police force, BSF and other security agencies are joint to keep the situation normal. Search operation is combing. In one such operation, 2 Assam Rifles and 1 BSF jawan were injured.
Indian Army’s Spear Corps tweeted that during a search operation by Assam Rifles, BSF and Police in the areas of Sugnu/Serau in Manipur, there was exchange of fire between security forces and militants on the night of 05-06 June, in the area Serau. One BSF jawan was seriously injured while 2 Assam Rifles jawans received bullet injuries and have been taken to Mantripukhry for further treatment.
