Weather Update: Monsoon has knocked in Kerala, while it is still awaited in some states. The weather remained pleasant all over the country. It is raining in some states due to cyclonic storm Biparjoy. It is expected to rain here for the next two to three days.

According to the data released by the Meteorological Department, the process of rain will continue in the national capital till June 27. A 4 degree drop in temperature can be recorded here. The maximum temperature is expected to be 38 degree Celsius and 28 degree Celsius in Delhi today. There will be strong winds with rain. Rain and pleasant weather has remained in Uttar Pradesh as well. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, similar weather conditions are expected till June 25.

Where will it rain 
It is also raining in Rajasthan due to the cyclonic storm. Pre-monsoon rain activities are likely to increase in some parts of Rajasthan from June 25. On the other hand, in Jaipur, Count, Dausa, Kota, the department has issued an alert due to rain. Heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, East Madhya Pradesh and Coastal Andhra Pradesh. 

Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Rayalaseema, North Interior Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe are expected to receive rain with thunderstorm, lightning and strong winds. Also, thunderstorm, rain and lightning very likely at isolated places over West Bengal, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry Karaikal, Coastal and South Interior Karnataka.

Orange alert issued
It is snowing in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir. Also, according to the Meteorological Department, this process will continue for the next few days. The department has issued orange alert for several districts of Uttarakhand today.
