Priyanka Gandhi said, "The pictures of sexual violence against women coming from Manipur are heart wrenching. The amount of condemnation of this horrific incident of violence against women is less. Women and children have to bear the maximum brunt of violence in the society."

Priyanka Gandhi said, "We all have to condemn the violence in one voice while taking forward the efforts for peace in Manipur. Why is the Central Government, the Prime Minister sitting blind to the violent incidents in Manipur? Do such pictures and violent incidents not disturb them?"
What did Rahul Gandhi say on the video
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said, "The silence and inaction of the PM has pushed Manipur towards anarchy. India will not remain silent when the idea of India is being attacked in Manipur. We stand with the people of Manipur. Peace is the only way forward."
Video being told of May 4
According to the news agency PTI, an ITLF spokesperson said that this video is from Kangpokpi district, 35 km from Manipur’s capital Imphal, which is being told on May 4. Police say that an FIR has been registered regarding the matter. The investigation is on and the accused will be arrested soon.
ITLF spokesperson condemning this video appealed to the Central and State Governments to take cognizance of the crime on behalf of the National Commission for Women and the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes and bring the culprits to the fore.
