Weather Update: People in North India are troubled by the scorching heat. People are dying due to heat wave in UP, Jharkhand and Bihar. Many people have been admitted to the hospital due to heat stroke. Now in the midst of all this, IMD has released a new update regarding the weather.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Karnataka, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Bihar, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh will receive rain on June 21 and 22. Apart from this, it is likely to rain over Gangetic West Bengal on June 22 and 23, Assam and Meghalaya on June 23 and Uttarakhand, Konkan and Goa from June 23 to 25 and Uttar Pradesh from June 21 to 25.

Meteorological Department appeal

The Meteorological Department has also advised people to avoid heatwave while alerting them. People who already have any kind of disease have been appealed not to go out in the sun for a long time. Along with this, it has been advised to drink more and more water and keep yourself hydrated.
