Weather Today Updates: Severe heat continues in many parts of India. The scorching heat and humidity in many states including the national capital, UP, has troubled the people. According to the Meteorological Department, the outbreak of scorching sun will continue in the national capital on Tuesday, June 13. The maximum temperature of Delhi is expected to be 41 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 29 degree Celsius. Strong hot winds will blow throughout the day and there will be humidity. The heat in UP has also kept the people restored. Due to the scorching sun, people have been forced to stay in their homes. Although according to the latest forecast of IMD, it is expected to rain on June 15.

Heat wave likely to prevail 
The outbreak of heat continues in many areas of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha. According to the data released by the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in Odisha has crossed 45 degree Celsius. However, due to Biparjoy storm, there is hope of some respite from the heat in the state. Apart from this, IMD has predicted heat wave for three to four days in these states.

Where and where heavy rain is expected 
According to the IMD forecast, heavy rain may occur in Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura . Apart from this, rains are also expected in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Lakshadweep, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Andaman-Nicobar, Sikkim due to Cyclone Biparjoy. Along with this, the weather will remain dry throughout the day. Due to the storm in Rajasthan, the weather will remain dry. There is a possibility of heavy rains in the south-western region of the state on June 16-17. According to the department, the storm is expected to weaken into a depression on June 16 and enter southwest Rajasthan.
