West Bengal Panchayat Election 2023: Voting for Panchayat elections is going to be held in West Bengal today on 8th July. Voting for the Panchayat elections will start after some time from now, but just before that there has been election violence in Bengal once again, in which two people have died.

The first incident is in Murshidabad’s Beldanga area where Congress and TMC workers once again clashed, in which one person was badly injured and died during treatment in the hospital, while in Cooch Behar also once before polling Again  Electoral violence has happened. Here the house of the candidate has been bombed.

BJP alleges booth capturing before voting

Before the voting of Panchayat elections in West Bengal, BJP has accused of booth capturing. BJP IT cell head, Amit Malviya claimed that West Bengal is likely to vote for panchayats tomorrow, July 8, but TMC goons are already trying to capture booths.

Sharing a video on Twitter, he wrote,  "In this video, villagers of Kanchrapara GP, Booth-129, North 24 Parganas can be seen retaliating. The SEC (State Election Commissioner) has willfully failed to implement the orders of the Court."
