CBI FIR On Odisha Train Accident: The responsibility of investigating the horrific train accident in Balasore, Odisha has been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). CBI has started investigation by registering an FIR in the train accident. The team of CBI officer has reached the accident site to investigate the train accident.
CBI has registered an FIR in this case in Orissa’s Balasore train accident under sections 337, 338, 304 A, 34, 153, IPC. 154, 175 has been registered in the Railway Act section. Official information in this regard or about the sections imposed in this FIR is likely to be released by the CBI by Tuesday (June 6) afternoon.
