BJP East Region Meeting: Lok Sabha elections to be held in 2024 next year and assembly elections are to be held in many states this year. In such a situation, the first regional meeting of BJP was held in Guwahati on Thursday (July 06) regarding election preparations. Out of the 3 regions, the first meeting was held for the East Region. Which was presided over by National Organization Minister BL Santosh.

According to sources, in this meeting mainly the strength of the organization and the 9-year flagship plans of the Modi government were also reviewed. Also, feedback was taken from state-wise party functionaries on the functioning of the central and state governments.
