Battle for 40 seats in Bihar and 42 in West Bengal

These states will be closely monitored
BJP will be eyeing a total of 13 Lok Sabha seats in Punjab. Presently BJP has only 2 seats there. Though all the four Lok Sabha seats are occupied by the BJP in Himachal Pradesh, but it lost power in the recently held assembly elections, after which it is considered a challenge for the party there too.
All 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana are also with the BJP. BJP has not won a single out of 39 Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu, so this is the biggest challenge for the state party. BJP will try its best to establish its hold here. Odisha and Jharkhand have a total of 34 seats out of which BJP has 19 seats.
