PM Modi US Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for America today on his first state visit. PM Modi’s visit to America on the invitation of President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden is going to be historic in many ways. Highlights of PM Modi’s visit
1- PM Modi Will address a joint session of the US Congress on Thursday (June 22). He will be the first Prime Minister of India to do so. He was invited by both the House of Representatives and the Senate of the US Congress.

4- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the third global leader, whom Biden has invited for a state visit. Prior to this, Biden had invited only French President Emmanuel Macron and Yoon Suk Yeol of South Korea.
5- World Yoga Day on June 21 (Wednesday) the first day of the visit But the Prime Minister will lead a yoga program at the United Nations Building.
6- On June 22, PM Modi will be given a ceremonial reception at the White House. Over a thousand people, including members of the Indian community, are expected to attend the event. The reception will be followed by a high-level dialogue meeting between PM Modi and the US President.
