BJP On Manipur Violence: Congress and other opposition parties are attacking the Modi government for the shameful act with two women in Manipur. Opposition parties are demanding PM Modi to give a statement in Parliament. Meanwhile, BJP has raised questions on the opposition parties by holding a press conference.

Senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said that the government is ready for discussion on Manipur. This is a serious matter for us. The Congress party is not able to understand this thing under which rule it should be discussed. When the Prime Minister gave a statement on this incident in the morning, there should have been a partnership in the country. What do they want now.

BJP leader Ravi Shankar said, “We want the Congress to let the House function, the Congress does not want to debate.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh tweeted, “On the first day of the monsoon session, both the Houses of Parliament drowned in noise. This happened because the Modi government did not agree to INDIA’s demand for an immediate discussion and statement of the Prime Minister inside Parliament on the situation in Manipur after May 3. Before the meeting of both the Houses, the Prime Minister thought it more appropriate to give a message to the country from outside the Parliament through the media. His message itself is silent on how and why the so-called double engine government allowed such a huge human tragedy to happen, which has completely destroyed the delicate social fabric of Manipur.
