Weather Update: The weather is constantly changing across the country. Somewhere the outbreak of scorching heat continues, and somewhere it is raining. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be no change in the weather for the next two to three days. It is raining in most of the states due to the cyclonic storm Biparjoy rising from the Arabian Sea. Here people have got relief from the heat, while there they are facing many problems.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather has remained dry in the national capital due to rain. In Delhi on Sunday, June 18, the maximum temperature is expected to be 38 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 27 degree Celsius. Light rain may also occur here. Because of which the weather will be pleasant throughout the day. However, most areas of Uttar Pradesh are in the grip of scorching heat. According to the department, the weather is expected to change in the state on June 20.

Yellow alert issued
The situation is serious due to floods in Assam.  Such a disaster has rained from the sky in the state that floods have started creating havoc. About 37 thousand people have been affected by the flood in 10 districts of Assam while one person has died. The State Disaster Management Authority told that due to this the people of many villages have been badly affected by the flood. Because of Biparjoy, the process of heavy rain is going on in Rajasthan. The department has issued a yellow alert due to rain in the state. 

Maharashtra will also receive light rain. There is no possibility of heavy rains in the state till June 21. Apart from this, there are chances of rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sikkim and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. Scattered rain may occur over Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha are in the grip of severe heat. The scorching sun has made it difficult for people to come out. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of any change in the temperature in the coming 5-6 days. With this, the process of heatwave will continue.
