Outcry due to rain across the country, clouds will rain heavily for the next 4-5 days, warning from Ladakh to Bihar -aabtak24

IMD Weather Forcast: There are flood-like conditions due to heavy rains in many parts of the country. Life is chaotic in many districts of UP, MP, Gujarat, Haryana. Somewhere the roads have sunk due to the rain, so in many places people got stuck in their homes. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in North India for the next four to five days. Yellow and orange alerts have been issued due to rain in many states. Along with this, people have also been warned to be cautious.

According to IMD, there is a warning of heavy rain in Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana and West Uttar Pradesh from July 8 to 9. Apart from this, yellow alert has been issued in some districts of Kerala.  Yellow alert has been issued in Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod districts of the state.

Orange alert issued
There is a possibility of heavy rain and storm in Ladakh, Gujarat as well. Thunderstorm, lightning and heavy rain very likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Konkan and Kerala . Same is the case in Maharashtra as well. Due to which the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert. 

Chance of scattered rains
It is raining heavily in the national capital as well. The department has said  Rain with moderate to heavy intensity and gusty winds with a speed of 30-50 km/h will occur at most places in Delhi and adjoining areas. The maximum temperature in Delhi on Saturday (July 8) is expected to be 32 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 26 degree Celsius. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heavy rain and storm in Karnataka, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Andaman-Nicobar Islands. Whereas Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu Lakshadweep and Gangetic-West Bengal may receive scattered rains. The Meteorological Department of Madhya Pradesh has issued Orange alert in six districts and Yellow alert in more than 26 districts. Regarding rain, there is a possibility of heavy rain in the state in the next 24 hours.
