Lok Sabha Election 2024: For the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024, now two big alliances have come to the fore, one is India with 26 parties and the other is NDA with 38 parties. Apart from all this, there are 11 such parties, which are neither in NDA nor part of India’s alliance. These 9 major political parties have around 90 MPs who can change the game if they go with anyone.

If seen from this point of view, the path of Lok Sabha elections 2024 is not so easy, out of total 543 seats in the Parliament, there are about 209 seats on which it will be very difficult to win. Even if all these opposition parties resolve the issue of seat sharing before the Lok Sabha elections, then winning these seats may be difficult.

209 Lok Sabha seats come from these nine states
Please tell that in these nine parties BSP, BJD, JD(S), Shiromani Akali Dal, BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi), YSRCP, INLD, AIMIM and AIUDF. These parties have a lot of hold in their respective states. There some of these regional parties are also in power in the state.

These parties have dominance in the state
The largest regional party holding power in the three states is Naveen Patnaik-led BJD from Odisha, which has a total of 21 Lok Sabha seats in the state. 12 is captured. Coming in second is the Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSRCP, which is the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh with 22 seats in the 25-member Lok Sabha. And the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party of Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) is also in the government in Telangana. The party holds 9 of the 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana.

Moreover, JD(S) of former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda is the third largest party in Karnataka. Where there are 28 Lok Sabha seats and JDS has 1 MP. Although the party’s hold is in the entire state. SAD has 2 out of 13 MPs in the Lok Sabha from Punjab. If these nine parties do not join any group, the opposition can present a tough challenge to the NDA of India and BJP.
