Parliament Monsoon Session 2023: Tuesday (July 25) is the fourth day of the monsoon session of Parliament. Uproar continues in both the Houses (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha). Opposition parties are uproar against the central government over the discussion on Manipur violence. 

Actually, this whole conversation started with the complaint of Mallikarjun Kharge. He complained to Jagdeep Dhankhar and said that the notice he had given on 267 is his third number on 50. To this Dhankhar replied, "It happens from time sir, otherwise you are number 1 in my heart."

Ruckus on Dil Ki Baat 

Kharge being sarcastic said, "I know your heart is very big, but only for that side (BJP), not for this side (Opposition)." To this Dhankhar said, "By the way you are right, if the heart is on the left side", Kharge replied, "That’s why you walk facing that direction, don’t see us."

Opposition attacked over Manipur violence

On this Dhankhar said to Kharge, "I can never get a score because you have huge experience. I don’t think anyone can mess with you in Parliament." After this, Kharge kept his point and said, "All I can say is that when notices are being given on 267 for four consecutive days. The situation is bad in Manipur, the state is burning. Only the opposition is talking about Manipur. The Prime Minister is talking about East India."
