An example was seen in the Bastille Day celebrations, the national day of France celebrated on 14th July, where PM Modi attended as a special guest on the invitation of France and contingents of all the three armies of India also participated in the parade. On this occasion, three Rafale aircraft of India also did a flypast. 

PM Modi appeals to business leaders

PM Modi said that the business giants of both the countries have contributed a lot in strengthening bilateral relations. He pledged full support from the Indian and French leadership in his endeavour, saying, ‘‘I want you to work to accelerate and strengthen this great journey of our two countries.’’ At the beginning of his speech at the CEO Forum, PM Modi said, “We are celebrating the completion of 25 years of strategic partnership. Business leaders have played a big role in this journey.’’
