This whole matter is from Chikkaballapur in Karnataka. This matter came to light when the entire incident was captured on camera by another friend of the person. Police told that the name of the accused is Vijay. Vijay suspected that his friend Maresh was having an affair with his wife. After this Vijay asked to meet his friend Maresh. After this, in a fit of rage, Vijay slit Maresh’s throat with a sharp weapon. Vijay’s other friend John made this whole video in his mobile phone. In the video, Vijay is seen drinking blood.
