The Buddhist monks of Thailand had organized a 32-day fast for world peace. It concluded in Ladakh on Sunday (July 16). A large number of people reached in this and praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a global peace maker. Representatives of Indian Minorities Foundation also participated in it. 

Bhikkhu Sanghasena, founder and president of the Mahabodhi International Meditation Center (MIMC), said during the peace march, "The whole world is going through many challenges at this time. It needs a great leader who can bring peace, harmony and friendship to the whole world. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is such a Karmayogi."
