Weather Update Today: Weather has remained pleasant after rains in different parts of the country. Where people have got relief from the heat after the coolness of the weather, then the rain is now also becoming a cause of trouble for public life. After heavy rains on Thursday, the Meteorological Department had to issue red and orange alerts in some states. Due to moderate to heavy rains in Maharashtra’s capital Mumbai, the IMD has issued an orange alert while a red alert has been issued in Goa and South Goa.
Where will it rain heavily today
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain at different places in Konkan, Goa, Maharashtra, East Rajasthan and West Madhya Pradesh on Friday (July 7). Apart from this, in other states, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh, Delhi, West Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh -Heavy rain may also occur at isolated places.
Not only this, the Meteorological Department also says that thunderstorms and lightning can occur after heavy rains at different places in West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Karnataka. On the other hand, after heavy rains on Thursday, people in other states including Delhi had to face the problem of waterlogging.
