Jammu Kashmir LOC: Security forces busted a terrorist hideout near the Line of Control in Poonch in the early hours of Thursday (June 15). During this, the army recovered a large amount of arms and ammunition. These weapons include assault rifles, steel core bullets and other ammunition.
According to the Indian Army, the Sarla Battalion of the Army had launched a search operation in the forward area in Poonch a few days ago. A hideout was busted in this search operation, in which a huge cache of arms and ammunition was recovered.

Giving details about the operation, officials said that one AK-74, nine magazines containing 468 rounds (mixture of steel core and normal rounds), two 7.62 mm Pistol, four magazines, sixty pistol rounds, six grenades, 2 dragger knives, two bags, two pouches, a digging shovel, a wire cutter and a pool were recovered from the site.
Devices include a smartphone
According to Army officials, other devices recovered included a smartphone, a Garmin Etrex 22X (GPS), a Thoraya solar charger with bag, charging A power bank with cable, four AA batteries are included. This shows that the terrorists were using these devices for hiding place recently.
